Overall: Father's should do anything for their sons, but should they do the unthinkable and steal from a rich man? Well this father did just that and left a fortune for his son to start his own business when he grows up and paid for it with his blood. When the son grows older and is allowed access to this money how does he handle this hot situation? Will he become successful or will he spill his Father’s Blood?


My rating is: 90%

Should you watch it: Yes good movie and a good lesson learned.

Performance of the Actors: Everyone was good in this movie a little slow in parts but really picks up in Part 2.I have to say as a screen play writer and director and actor and singer Tchidi Chikere seems to have the Midas touch. Again my girl Mercy was great but really they either need to stop feeding her greasy foods or having her use proactive while on the set. She has a good face but I'm tired of seeing her break out from the heat and sweat and so forth. My boy Mike was holding it down in part 2 , As I have said before you have to make sure that your facial expressions are different. The "mean" look is so 60 movies ago. Nothing but love for the mother of all nollywood mothers Ms Patience Ozokwo. Please if Nollywood had the Oscars she would be the al time winner lover her in almost any role she has done.

Starring :OMAR SHERIFF CAPTAN, MICHAEL AFRANIE, TURBO BEE

Genre : Drama

Overall: Spoiler alert....This Ghana movie could have been very good. If it wasn’t for the disjointed story line and dragged out scenes. This story is about two friends who helped each other when the chips were down as life got better for them one of the friends gets married to the other ex love. All seems to going well until the wife is raped seemingly by her husband’s friend. The wife finds out she is pregnant and dies during a abortion. Her son runs away after finding out that his mother has died. 10 years later the son returns to the “uncle” and finds out what happened to his mother. The uncle gets caught and is sentenced to life in prison but during prisoner transport the son kills the uncle and goes to jail instead.
My rating is: 20%

Should you watch it:  NOOOOOOOO!

Performance of the Actors:  some of the actors could have been better the problem was the story and editing.

Overall: As the heir to the Gomez heritage, Conrad wants to uphold the family lineage and associations with the class and wealthy by fulfilling his death fathers wish of marrying Amanda, the daughter of his fathers best friend. Conrads latest acquaintance with the fiery, fierce Foxy blows more wind to the fire, causing a horrifying blaze and a clash of unimaginable proportions.

Should you watch it: It was very interesting a good twist is revealed

Performance of the Actors:

This movie would have been good except for the ending after all the composition we don’t get to see what happens if they live happily ever after or decide to go separate ways . The additional 5 mins of film would have been useful. I would have loved Ini’s character to get caught as well. So far the wack ending my score went from 90 to 75 everything doesn’t have to be a happy ending but no ending at all is not a completed movie. This movie had the potential of being great and for once it’s not the actors fault. Everyone’s acting was good and believable. Nollywood get your editing down pack because I saw that sound boon in the picture in part 1. I must say I love Tonot's hair and makeup and her gear. For sure looking good. Ini your weave could have been better; the quality of the hair wasn't good.

Genre: Drama , Romance

Overall: One sister (Melissa) intention is to fall in love while the other (Mildred) is seeking revenge at her sister due to her lack of not finding love. Without her sister knowing, Mildred pursued a relationship with Koby, while he was not aware that she was a twin to Melissa whom he was in love with. Will he find out who he is really dating?


My rating is:  75% only because the movie was way too long

Spoilers Alert : OMG is this movie started   so hot . We see Mercy  ( Melissa) and her twin sister ( Mildred) getting ready for work . One works at the bank and the other at the reception of a hotel .They both look fabulous as usual . The second scene we see   is Mercy coming  out to the pool and change into these 2 peices swimwear . Mercy might not be beautiful as these other Naija actresses but she looks hotttttttt. Anyways the sisters kept playing theses tricks on  Koby ( the boyfriend), I knew that this might end up bad . Because although  they might have  different characters both of them were attracted to Koby.
 Things that did not make sense
We ve seen these twins roles over and over in Naija movies and i got to say that some of them did better than this movie. How many times do you see grown twins having the same hairstyles.I can understand for the sake of movie they might make it the same but please. There is a scene in the movie where Mercy and Mike go to the pool and she was even then wearing her glasses. How come Melissa ( the good twin ) never calls when kobby is with Mildred (the bad twin ) .   How come the mother let one of the twins marry koby knowing that they both slept with him. Koby mysteriously  start falling in love with Melissa in part 3and 4. 
The Director needs to  hire a better make artist in his next movie because Mercy face was a big mess .This is 2010 come on the stars can afford better wigs.


Should you watch it: Yes


Performance of the Actors: Wow Mike and Mercy blew me away both of them really got into the role and made their love story believable.  It made think about the  the first time a girl fall in love and thinks that the world turns around Uhmmmm I am starting to like Mike  in  these love stories.

Genre : Romance/Drama

Overall: This is the tale of Queen of Anaba Land (Kalsum Sinare) who decides to give her daughter (Yvonne Nelson) to the Prince of Zongaland (Emma Emoabina).Little does she know that the Princess has fallen in love with a common servant of the Anaba throne called Sagama. Can the plan for her daughters marriage come between the love of that the princess has for her "non royal"prince? Watch to find out.

Should you watch it: 

This is a good movie because it has an excellent story. Gollywood is stepping up. And while I hear the crickets chirping I ask....Where my Nollywood at? The key to this movie is the storyline although not the best cinematography in the world It kept me glued enough to want to watch part 2 and 3. A good foundation always builds a strong house.

Performance of the Actors: It was an easy watch and had just enough heat to make you forget it was John and Yvonne playing the characters... You started watching Sagama and Alia. Bravo! I have criticized Yvonne in the past but if she continues on this good acting track I may just forgive her. As for Juliet I like her in supporting roles. She still annoyed me in this movie but I have seen worse. She's getting better.

Genre: Romance , Drama

Overall:A loyal Nigerian army captain was sent on a national assignment to Monrovia for the ECOWAS peace keeping operation and this made him call off his wedding plans. But his boss Col Ugorgi had other plans, he wanted him dead at all cost and betrayed him and his men to the rebels who executed all his team mates except the captain. 
Now the confrontation begins... To what length will a man go to get the woman he wants ? manipulate ?  Kill? 

My rating is: 65 %

Should you watch it: yes , This movie is for sure an  eye opener about people that are meant to be your friends but are not . I really like the Character  of Mike, and the bad guy  in this movie.  There is a sequel on of this movie which will be  posted next . The first part of the movie is not as exciting it really start  to pick on the sequel Passionate Defense.

Starring: Zack Orji, Bukky Wright,Georgina Onuoha, Bimbo Akintola, Yemi Blaq

Genre: Drama

Overall:This movie is about love , sex and Sex .Zack is a married man who happen to be like 70% of the men a cheater. Anyways by telling you the synopsis  I might reveal the whole movie.


My rating is: Good story line , and close to Reality , I am giving it 65% because of the bad editing

Spoiler alert: I was planning on watching this movie for the longest time.So like any other Naija movie there are many things that really do not make sense . The boy that plays the  lousy son cannot act at all . He is  a little over dramatic in his scenes. The sister just packed up and came to house without any calls nothing  although I understand that people just came to your house in Africa without calling . If you came to the house and your sister isn't there would you stay or would you leave ? I was LMAO when zack  was sitting in one of scenes reading a newspaper in the dark . Come on director please edit edit  and edit .........
I like the fact that Zack really tried to get back his wife but she was really hard on him. That part felt really  real I ca see a man trying to do that.

Should you watch it: Fairly descent movie

Starring:  OGE OKOYE, as Rita PAT ATTAH as Harrison, NGOZI EZEONU as Susan, JULIET IBRAHIM as Jennifer,  ALI NUHU as larry & FRED ARIKO as Pastor Obinna

Genre : Drama

Overall: Harrison constant cheating led to a brutal attack by his close friend. He end up loosing everything including his wife. His problem worsen when he found out he fathered the children of his older brother. Does that mean his brother can't father a child?

My rating is:

Should you watch it: I say yes it's slow in some parts but over all teaches a good lesson.

Performance of the Actors:  SPOLIER ALERT...DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW!


Part 1: we meet Harrison who is an absolute ass. Sleeping with all his nurses in the hospital and loses everything when his best friend finds out Harrison is sleeping with his fiancé and attempts to kill them. The actors are ok again Juliet proves to me that some acting classes are needed. The story is very slow an hour and a half in what could have been accomplished in 45 mins.


Part 2: We find ourselves back in Harrison’s life he survived but he is back causing trouble. He finds out his wife has remarried and now he is breaking his brothers home apart with the accusation that his has fathered his brother’s children. The acting in this part leaves much to be desired. The main issue is the story line this damn movie is tooooooooooooooooo longgggggggggggggggggg  The only thing getting through this movie right now is the fact that “Harrison” is cute I’m a sucker for a fit dark skinned black man with a bald head and glasses. Big up to Naija & Africa for producing some of the finest men around.

Part 3: shows us Harrison taking the children away but he has an attack that seems to have killed him and the children return to their father. Truthfully part 3 is not needed for sure a waste of time.

RESTORE MY LOVE 1&2

Starring: EMEKA IKE, JULIET IBRAHIM, EMEKA OKOLO, CHARITY EKE AND NORA UGO


Genre: Romance

Overall: He was prejudice about female bankers but still got married to one. Their marriage came to an end when a coworker of his wife told him about his wife's constant cheating at work . The first statement he made was "I said it". Will he ever find out the truth and will she take him back? What if he was right?


My rating is: 80%

Should you watch it: I think so it's an easy movie to watch and fast moving for a change.

Performance of the Actors: The acting was ok some parts from Emeka were over acted but I still like him in movies. As for Juliet I think she is truly improving... in this film at least, everyone knows that I think her make-up and hair leaves much to be desired. I’ve seen her better but her outfits are cute. Other then that the movie is cute.

Chelsea 1&2

Starring: Majid Michael, Nadia Buari, John Dumelo

Genre: Romance , Drama ( explicit Scenes)

Overall: Ashanti is very successful ,beautiful  young lady that just came from the states after 7 years . She went to see a friend of hers in south Africa  and she started getting stalked  by a young man ( Majid ) who thinks he saw her in his dreams every night . The story only gets complicated from there. She goes back to Ghana and finds a job in the biggest cable company. She then had a crush on her boss.uhmmmmm what will happen to her love  for her boss ? will she be betrayed ? Although I do not want to give you the whole movie. All I can say from here is that its really  A must see because it does open your eyes about how mans are bad............. There is part 3 to follow
