Performance of the Actors: A very nice movie with a message loved this one. All the acting was great the story was realistic and the movie was paced enough to keep me interested. I hope more movies come out of this producing stable like this one. Desmond was believable as Raymond when he faced his trials awesome acting and my girl Mercy love’ed ya in this you play the bad girl so well and really even my Bro who doesn’t watch these movies said your body is bangin’ so keep it up. On top of that my guy Van I like the supporting role in this film you added enough to that character to make him slimy.

This time the outcome was positive. Love was knocking at her door but with challenges that made her shiver with second thoughts. Does she open the door to embrace new challenges of the real  world or just close her door and live her usual self-centered C.E.O life? Comedy and drama at your door steps.

Should you watch it: Yes It’s a great date movie with your loved one

Performance of the Actors: I enjoyed this movie. Those who know me know that I’m a sucker for romance flicks but I believe this one was done in good taste. Majid did justice to this movie even though he line delivery needs improvement and what can I say about Ms Nnaji! Natural and excellent in this film. I loved Susan Peters in this film... funny, funny, funny I good watch a relaxing movie check it out.

Face of Destiny 1&2

Overall: What lies deep down at the bottom of Pastor Paul's heart is lust and the love of money. He trades his life for lustful desires, thereby ruining his only brother's life. Esther and her friend decide to murder Pastor jessy after raising allegations of rape about the same person. what do they want from Pastor Jessy. Are they the same murderers of his brother ?

Should you watch it: This had every potential to be a good movie but alas Nollywood dropped the ball again.

Performance of the Actors: Ok the wickedness of Desmond was good but he got annoying after a while. Uche was of course in her element in the bad girl role. Other then that the entire ending of the movie was drawn out and unrealistic.

Overall: She did everything for a man once which made her lose everything, Her Job her freedom, her dignity even her face. Now in the USA she gets a new face. Will she also get a new lease on life or is she destined for dead ends and deception for all time.

My rating is: 50% will hold my last review until I see the end of this movie.  This reating has now moved to 20%.

Should you watch it: If you like convoluted half movies then sure.

Performance of the Actors: Ok I’m hearing that there is a part 3 to this movie. Considering how it ended there better be. So the funniest parts in this movie are in part 2 of Rebound. Part one was ok but really part 1 7 2 are completely different movies. Now seriously after the face reconstruction couldn’t they give this girl some make up? The most horrid pimple scars on her face. Van has never looked hotter in a film, I really like the square glasses look. And the lacefronts ugh! It looks odd when the dudes are rubbing their hand through the girls hair and it only flows to the sides because they know that if they pull that lacefront too hard it’s coming right off.

Should you watch it: If it’s only to see Mike, Nonso and Desmond in all their sexiness then you are good Otherwise don’t waste your time.

Performance of the Actors: Truthfully I don’t know if it was the acting, the script, the production, the direction or the entire concept of this movie but it was pure TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really did you really think this movie was going to fly? The initial concept was good. Three childhood friends meet up again in Nigeria and run a successful business to distinguish themselves. It looks like nothing could stop them then they meet a girl.... blah blah blah. Also going against this movie was the absolutely annoying acting of the Baron. Rally you watch too much BET if you think that is an ameriacan accent and that is the way that people speak! It was the most annoying this and I have to admit that I had to fast forward his parts. N Please do not watch this movie unless you are board or tired!

Performance of the Actors: I liked this movie but I also liked sex in the city. This movie dealt with real conversations and situations and loved the outfits I need to go shopping! As for the acting everyone was on point.

Performance of the Actors: This movie surprised me I really enjoyed it. The actors in this film placed their roles appropriately and It was good. The only thing was that the storey was too long in some parts

Performance of the Actors: I've noticed lately that Desmond is getting a little too fat. Maybe all that time in the US didn't do him any good. Anyways Jackie was just ok as well but quite frankly it was the actress that played the sister that did it for me. She was good. The main characters names of hilarious Jackie plays Immaculate and nothing can be farther from the truth and the other actress played Gift. LOL. The killer here was that the movie was way too long. It was a good subject... What happens when the parents stop being parents and are always the pastor in and outside of the home? But they couldn't tie the issues the characters faced in a sensible dialogue. This movie is only a watch if you are getting your hair braided or something.

Overall:  So before i tell you the story of this movie I got to tell you that Ramsey and Majid in the same movie is just hot hot hot hot !!!!!!!!!!!! . Now that i got that out of my chest here is the story of the movie. Ramsey is workaholic  who hardly find time for his wife. He is al ways passing judgment on the way his wife dresses or even her attitude in public.Majid is Ramsey younger brother who came from abroad and live in his brother's house. Majid falls in love with his brother's wife and the rest is history. OMG the way Majid kisses his brother's wife , i almost felt out my couch .  What will happen ? will he stay with his wife after he finds out she is been cheating ?

I forgot to mention that she is works as a house help for Stanley ( Desmond ) and his sister ( Dakore). Stanley  agrees to  cover the bills but at what price ?

Should you watch it: yes , this is a very nice love story  and drama of course. You will find many scenes long and unnecessary but overall a great movie.

This movie is about a young woman ( Jackie ) telling her story to a TV show .  I  should start by saying if you intend to watch this movie with your kids think Again . The movie has some very adult scenes that are not for children . Anyways  (Jackie ) has been through tick and thin in her life. After the death of her  dad and disappearance of her mother she was bound to stay i believe with her step mother who will use her as a prostitute. At some point she manages to escape only to find herself with some arms robbers. To make long story short after all her trouble she finally felt in love with Desmond  who is  a drug dealers................ To find out  what is going to happen u have to watch the movie.

Should you watch it:  yes ,  you will  be guessing all throughout the movie. There will be  quite a few surprises Although  I am kind of tired of love stories in Nollywood  this movie was interesting.I could not help but notice  that Desmond Elliot  took a few pounds . He is no longer that sexy nollywood leading man .

Performance of the Actors: As usual  my girl Jackie  who was  such an innocent girl when the movie started turned to a Junkie by the end of the movie. She is so versatile and her performance is just off the hook.This is one of the best stories in Nollywood.

BLACK MIRROR Part 1 & 2

It's a kill or be killed situation, in a world were all isn't as it seems.

Should you watch it: I think so it's not a block buster but it will entertain you for the afternoon.

Performance of the Actors: the performacnes are good. Mona Lisa acts the same in most movies. I like her in the mother role, looking young and fresh. Hating Desmonds hair and those cheetah couches are wack. and the scean where he wears the matching shirt with the bean bag couch LMFAO. it was hard to take what he was saying seriously with such a distraction

Can't Let Go Pt 1 & 2

Overall : This is a story about a man who can’t let go of his past and the mother will won’t let him move forward. When will he move on and for that matter with whom? What appears to be a loving relationship between a mother and her son borders on incent. Thank goodness that the mother didn’t seduce the son. Once the Son falls in love after a major heartbreak the mother faces the thought of being alone and that is when all hell breaks loose Will this mother stop at nothing in order for the Son to be all her own. You gotta watch it and see

Performance of the Actors: What can I say superb acting from Desmond Elliot, Ngozi Ezeonu, and Grace Amah what is lacking are the finishing touches on this film. And what is with that soundtrack??????? Way too much. Love the jazz but it’s misplaced in this movie. The story is a little slow in some parts. Other then that I love the emotions in this film. That is an ode to the actors skilled in this movie.

From the start to the end of the movie you will  be on the edge of your sit. clearly on of of the best thrillers in Nollywood.

This movie is a about a Narrator that takes her viewers into the lives of her friends. As you can tell by the cast name this movie is really good. Rita ( the narrator talks about everybody naivety thinking that her heart will never be broken. NO  worries the way her heart will split up will be worse than any of the girls.All the girls in the movie face some kind of challenge with their men. The movie is very interesting although  I was a bit disappointed  with such a good cast.There are a lot of stories unfolding as the same time  so no need for me to get into each of them.

One day she runs a scam on Charles who becomes obsessed with her and with getting back what belongs to him.

My rating is: 90%, the remaining 10% are just because of Desmond's braids (lol) and Frank Anuku acting skills.


Should you watch it: Definitely, I was not bored at all as the drama unfolded from scene to scene.


Performance of the Actors: Everybody was great, 2 thumbs up for Caroline Ekanem but I have to admit that I was Kind of annoyed by Frank Anuku accent at times and I know that I am probably not the only one thinking that way.

This movie is about a rich and spoiled girl named Rose  (Omotola) . She spend most of her time fighting  in the clubs or getting into accidents. She always gets saved by daddy who is a very  rich guy. To get her father off her case she Agree to marry this Village guy ( Desmond). She is going to learn to love him and leave her old ways in the past . This is movie is a great one and it s worth  watching , its not only about love, but money ,and betrayal. Great story line !!!

Two sisters return from America after graduating from Harvard and are given prestigious positions in their fathers company Winnie is the one who is the clear favorite because she appreciate the opportunity that her father has provided while Stephanie is the problem child in this movie after she neglects her duties and spends her days smoking and drinking and fighting with the daughters of high ranking officials.
While at the palace the king and queen disapprove of the prince Samuels choice for a bride named Edna from a neighboring village and the “royals send her away” as they deem her unfit to be the future queen
But this is the hallmark of trouble yet to come.
